Electric Spares Refund Policy
Due to the nature of electronic components and the potential for improper installation or handling, all sales of electronic spares are final and carry no refunds or returns. We strongly recommend ensuring compatibility and professional installation before purchase. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
7-Day Return Policy (Used Spares)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
Return T&Cs:
- Only defective parts may be returned, parts ordered wrong is not covered by our return guarantee.
- We allow a maximum of 7 days for us to receive the part back, since first contact made( within the 7 days guarantee time) about a return, no part will be accepted back after 7 days of such notification, please ensure it reaches us in time.
- Part is returned in exactly the same condition as it was shipped.
- Electrical parts will be accepted back only if the return request is accompanied by installers proof of registration ie RMI or any other related industry authority. No electrical part will be accepted back without this proof.
- All parts are shipped as per Part no. to avoid wrong parts being shipped, please ensure you order the part you need, we do not accept responsibility for parts ordered wrong. Parts ordered wrong is not covered by our return guarantee.
- We do not track parcels, hence the tracking number supplied for you to use.
Non-Returnable Items:

No parts will be accepted if it was opened or tempered with. - Electrical parts
- Complete Motors will not be covered by return policy.
- Products purchased on clearance or sale.
- All and any courier costs will be for the buyers account. Courier fees are non refundable
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at info@oricus.co.za or WhatsApp +27 67 620 2679 within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorisation.
- Ship the item back to us at Unit 83 917 Morkels Close, Halfway House, Midrand, 1685
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Please Note:
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
